I have received my debit card but all the given option for pin generation is not working out. as by online after submitting details there is notification "your phone no. is not matched with the details. while i am using mobile banking and many apps as phonepeย and freecharge and there is no problem regarding mobile no. registration.

Firstly, check the mobile you have and the registered mobile number of your bank account is exactly the same.

To check that click on profile link, enter profile password and see your profile details.

If not same then you have to make the request for change of mobile number. I would recommend visiting the bank branch and get it resolved there.
