hi, i recently went to the neatest branch of sbi for opening a saving bank account But they say there is only one form available for saving accoount together with dmat and treading account. No option for joint account and saving account separetly. So therfore i am force to open a trading account although i never did tradting in my life nor interested.
What am i suppose to do now?
There are two solutions:
You can apply online. No one can refuse you then from opening account. The other method is to complain about it to the regional officer. However, it does not affect the employee who refuse as you know the govt bank job procedures are very lenient.
