sir mai about 1 month se pareshaan ho rhi hooo....as well as my parents .. i got OTP  in my phone but jb mene atm machine mai account no. and phone no. enter kia uske baad OTP ka option hi nahi aaya account is locked likha hua tha but when i went to my branch they said that your account is open . but they said try again next day but again when i went to atm same problem occur . my father is in army and he is not here with us he is in assam and we are in jhansi . aur iss problem k wjh se hmare ghr mai financial problem ho rhi hai although we have money but we cant take out from ATM. I hope u give us appropraite solution and help us and yesss i called to toll free n. also which is given in atm card but they said its a technical problem. so please sir help us.
