my new account is opend and salary is credited but withdrawl is not allowed message comes try after some timeย branch also said it will take time you try after some time but after 15 days also same problem exists

Contact and the bank's branch manager and tell him the issue. If it is not the connectivity issue this must be resolved by the branch manager.
