This is a sincere request from a long term NRI customer that SBI pay a little attention to customer communications and provide assistance! I am really frustrated and disgusted that no one from PBB Kankurgachi is reachable over email or phone. I am a non resident Indian, permanent resident of America and cannot physically be present at the bank to resolve issues with my housing loan accounts. I have tried to reach out using email and phone number 9674717420 but no one ever responds. Other phone numbers in the internet are not in use! I receive mails at my India address where no one lives. If possible please respond to my emails or provide me the contacts where I will get response over my email address. Thank you!
